The Museum of the Human Experience

It has to be said, quite frankly, that there is no museum in Europe quite like the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum founded in 1912. Here you’ll find the permanent exhibition "Human Adventure" with the Transparent Man and other highlights, as well as a Children’s Museum where younger visitors have the opportunity to explore in a playful way the world of our senses. Then, several times a year, a number of elaborately staged special exhibitions showcase exciting issues relating to culture and society, science and art. And all this just a stone’s throw from Dresden’s famous Frauenkirche!
